Stephen Chandler is the new CEO at Summerville Medical Center. Chandler has more than 10 years of healthcare administration experience, including his recent role as chief operating officer at HCA Healthcare’s Henrico Doctors’ Hospital in Richmond, Virginia, and, before that, three years of policy and legislative experience in Washington, D.C.
