An email was sent out Tuesday to Dignity Health employees announcing future layoffs to its employees. The hospital states that this will affect about 1% of its staff. That includes Mercy Medical Center Redding, Mercy Medical Center in Mount Shasta, and Saint Elizabeth’s Hospital in Red Bluff.
