A longtime health system along the lakeshore will have a new name come Saturday. North Ottawa Community Health System, based in Grand Haven and operator of the community's hospital, will be known as Trinity Health Grand Haven as of Saturday. Trinity Health Michigan, based out of Livonia, serves 29 counties throughout the state. It will be absorbing all of NOCHS, which includes an 81-bed acute care hospital, several other care facilities, a retail pharmacy, and an EMS division.
