Report: Pentagon health program could be exploited

Pentagon officials are now implementing tighter controls over the Tricare program, which provides healthcare to Department of Defense employees, as it has been vulnerable to fraud overseas. According to a recent report, the increased security was initially prompted by an incident in which a Philippines company swindled taxpayers out of $100 million.
