University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health has appointed Marco Priolo at its new vice president and chief financial officer. In this role, Priolo is responsible for the direction and administration of the financial operations of UCH, according to a news release. He will participate in strategic planning and operational planning, in alignment with the health system’s annual operating plan, annual capital plan and strategic capital plan.
