Blessing Hospital aims to keep nurses in the Tri-states

Close to 20% of nurses quit their job last year according to the National Healthcare Retention report. Blessing Hospital administrators said they have a program to try and keep more nurses in the Tri-states. Blessing Hospital administrators said they see the highest turnover rate for nurses in their first year, but their Nurse Residency Program aims to give nurses with less than a year of experience, the tools they need to be successful in hopes they stick around.
