Saline Memorial launches program to address nursing shortage

As we get closer to one year into the COVID -19 pandemic, hospitals are still struggling with a nursing shortage. Saline Memorial Hospital has a new program they’re offering to help new nurses transition faster. This is the first program of its kind in the state—and its hope is to build nurse confidence and competence with a hands-on approach.
