Dr. Don Caruso has worked at Cheshire Medical Center for more than three decades. He's held several roles during his tenure at the Keene, NH hospital, including chair of family medicine, chief medical officer, and currently, president and CEO. And as he approaches his retirement later this month, his feelings are mixed.
