Responding to the lessons from the pandemic and demand for more flexible work arrangements, companies are more focused on the mental, physical and financial health of their teams, as well as employee satisfaction. The pandemic has also elevated the importance of stress management solutions and work-life balance, and tech companies have wasted little time in offering creative solutions.
