How does the finance department support workforce planning?

In this episode of HL shorts, UWHealth’s vice president of finance Jodilynn Vitello discusses the role her finance department plays in supporting the adoption of forecasting tools and workforce planning.

For a deep dive into UW Health’s labor strategy check out the accompanying article with Vitello’s  full interview.
