The cuts are the result of Seton "divesting certain Seton Hospital Revenue Cycle Department functions," Seton said in the WARN letter it sent to the workforce commission. WARN stands for the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act, and is a federally mandated notice employers must provide to state governments in the event of major layoffs.
