A nurses union says it has reached a “landmark” two-year contract with Lehigh Valley Hospital-Schuylkill that includes 2% raises, a bonus and “safe staffing language.” Office and Professional Employees International Union Local 153 announced Thursday the ratification by “overwhelming majority” of the union’s approximately 95 members.
